Rashmi Group launches e-procurement service for SMEs

KOLKATA: The Rs 3,000 crore Rashmi group, with interests in cement and steel, has launched e-procurement services to assist small and medium companies. It has introduced 'BidNemo' to usher in low cost country sourcing (LCCS) for steel companies for specific items from China. The e-procurement venture, which is being spearheaded by Rashmi group unit, Keyline IT Solutions, will cater to non-critical maintenance, repair, operations and local purchases of SMEs.
